Daniel was born in 2007. He was born with a condition called Proximal Femoral Focal Deficiency or PFFD for short. Basically, his right hip and femur did not develop properly which means that his right leg is significantly shorter than his left leg. This blog is for Daniel's family and friends to follow his progress and help other families who have a child with PFFD.

Hi Kristen, Shane & Daniel, Well done Daniel - what a champion. Mum & Dad will be chasing you around before they know it. Kristen & Shane - The blog is fantastic and I must admit that after reading it I am feeling quite emotional. You have certainly ridden a roller coaster over the last twelve months. I can't imagine how I would have felt if we were in the same position with Grace. Daniel is so lucky to have wonderful parents and the support of great family & friends.
